This event is for our Church Council members, Elders, Ministers and Staff.

The theme of the gathering is “Strategic Planning in the Church”. At our last Elders Fellowship we reflected on Tony Morgan’s ‘The Life Cycle of Churches’ as a way to start engaging this topic. In his book ‘The Unstuck Church’, he identifies a gap between the vision of the church and how the church is going to get there. He suggests the how void is filled by strategy. You will receive readings, video links and a series of questions to prepare yourself for our gathering. These will be sent by email.
