Our February Walking Group activity is planned for

Sunday 19th February meeting at CKCC 1:30pm

This our first walk for the new year will commence at Queens Beach North and follow the walking track to the Redcliffe Jetty and return.  The round trip along an easy pathway is about 4 Klms and there are a number of shorter options.

Please bring your hat, sunscreen, comfy walking shoes, water and your BYO afternoon tea, and Hand Sanitiser.

We will have afternoon tea at Queens Beach and it may be handy to bring a chair as there is not a lot of tables.

WALKERS: For anyone is wanting to go direct to the start point we should be there around 1400.

An easy way to find Queens Beach is to follow Victoria Av all the way to Anzac Av and continue on past the hospital and along  Scarborough Rd until the round-about at Griffith Rd – turn right and continue to the beach.  We’ll meet to the north of the toilet block near a picnic table.
